This collection of looks helps to communicate our theme of playful nostalgia. its inspired by childhood memories with the use of bright colors, whimsical prints, and very youthful silhouettes. our theme combines retro and modern styles, which overall helps create very fun and expressive outfits. the silhouettes helped to show youthfulness and playfulness through structure. the fabrics are very light and help to bring out a soft and feminine appeal. the colors are very light and pastel and bring a joyful effect. the embellishments like buttons, ribbons, and ruffles featured on each look are very decorative and make the clothes feel very whimsical. Lastly, the major influences of these looks are a true reflection of childhood nostalgia with the use of creativity, fun, maximalism, and the overuse of colors and detail being embraced in each design.

Soft Femininity & Romanticism is a reflection of true femininity, expressed in a dreamy, elegant, and graceful manner. The focus is finding beauty in everyday moments, honoring the quiet and tender details of life. This theme is primarily comprised of pinks, creams, and mauves, which nod to the innocence and playfulness of girlhood. Simplicity is represented by textiles such as linen and tweed, symbolizing Mother Earth as a source of feminine beauty. Silk provides an intimate feel, exuding romanticism without loudness, while lace and mesh carry a delicate intricacy that demonsrates refinement and patience.
